1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using staycampcabins.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Website Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms are between you and Camp Development LLC (“Camp Cabins,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. About the Site
The Site provides information about our short-term rental properties in Packwood, Washington, along with the ability to book stays directly. Bookings made through the Site are governed by our separate reservation terms, which will be presented to you at the time of booking.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including photographs, illustrations, text, logos, graphics, videos, and design — is owned by Camp Development LLC or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
You may share links to Site pages on personal social media accounts and reference the Site for non-commercial personal use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or connected systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation
- Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or data mining tools to access the Site
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation
- Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
- Collect personal information about other users
- Use the Site to send unsolicited communications
5. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or integrate with third-party websites, tools, or services (such as Airbnb, Google Maps, property management platforms, and payment processors). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Information on the Site — such as availability, pricing, and property details — may change without notice; we make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but do not guarantee it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Camp Development LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site — including without limitation lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00) or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, whichever is greater. This limitation does not apply to reservation-related liability, which is governed by the reservation terms in effect at the time of your booking.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Camp Development LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this section. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lewis County, Washington.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

MOBILE TERMS
The Camp Cabins mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Camp Cabins (“Camp Cabins”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Camp Cabins’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Camp Cabins through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Camp Cabins. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18665205650 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Camp Cabins mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
